An IT Specialist, Journalist and a trained Paralegal. He has severally been described by many including a Ghanaian TV station as a Philanthropist having regards to his numerous charitable deeds to communities. Hayford work with partners in the development sector to initiate sustainable projects to uplift people and communities. Hayford is often invited by institutions to contribute to discussions on various platforms. He speaks at conferences on variety of thematic areas. He also speak to motivate young entrepreneurs and university students looking for career or insight in grassroots development work on the African continent.
